The room was comfortable and well-equipped with accessories like Internet-TV hidden behind a mirror. The HiFi audio system allowed me to play my personal songs from my iPhone. The "Personal-SPA" experience was private and relaxing. We had some of the most beautiful and romantic moments of our lives here.

The hotel offered great value for the money with spacious and elegant rooms, complete with extra amenities and cleanliness. The location was superb, within walking distance of popular attractions like Brera and easily accessible by tram to the Duomo. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate even the most demanding customers and ensuring a pleasant stay.
The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety and options to cater to different preferences.

The staff made our stay unforgettable! They were friendly and went above and beyond. The location was perfect--we were able to walk to the main attractions and take public transportation to farther locations. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.
The noises from outside were loud and made it hard to sleep at times. , the room was a bit smaller than expected.

Angela Carpano from Zani Viaggi was amazing, providing us with the best recommendations and ensuring we had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathrooms were modern and well-maintained. The staff, including Lisa, Bianca, Alessandra, and Erika. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day off right. Plus, the stunning view from our room was an added bonus.
The WiFi connection in the hotel was a bit unreliable at times.
